There may be no arguing the point, Alexander McQueen will always be remembered as one of the greatest fashion designs who ever lived. A true genius and a man who never wandered from his true aesthetic, the late designer left a great mark on the world, and left us with a brand that continues to pour out the best of the best.
Looking back at the time McQueen himself graced the fashion world with his art, I find his Fall/Winter 2009 Women’s collection to be the most outstanding of all. I invite you, my friends, to please take a look back with me at the genius that was Alexander McQueen and see some of the standout looks from his Fall/Winter 2009 Collection.
Barney’s New York & Uma Thurman teamed up a few days ago to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Albert Elbaz at Lanvin - one of my favorite designers. Peep these 4 amazing looks from the fashion brand.

Last night I attended The Ting Ting’s show at Webster Hall in New York, NY. While I love this duo, who hail from the UK, I didn’t have a high expectation for the show itself - there is only so much two people on a stage can do. I have to say I was quite surprised with how amazing the show was. They musically are strong, they were working the crowd, and everyone attending had a damn good time.

In honor of going to see The Ting Ting’s tonight at Webster Hall in New York, NY. I love this fun, quirky duo from England.
Mixtape: Travis Garland - Slow Dancing In A Burning Room (Cover)
Simple. Raw. Amazing. Cover of one of the best John Mayer songs.
If you love fries and are in New York City, you MUST check out Pommes Frites - located at 123 2nd Avenue (corner of 2nd and 7th). Authentic Belgian fries with an insane variety of dipping sauces; I’m talking everything from Wasabi Mayo, Peanut Satay, to Sweet Chili. My personal favorite and recommendation is the Sundried Tomato Mayo.
While Pommes Frites can be enjoy any time of the day, I would say you may particularly enjoy it after a few cocktails in the neighboord. Just a fair warning, be prepared to stand in line for a while, but please trust when I say it is well worth the wait.
